ProLawn Lawn Programs are designed to grow beautiful, healthy lawns
We realize that not every homeowner needs the best of everything for their home and landscape. That's why we've designed our four graduated levels of service programs so that you choose which plan best fits your needs and wants.
BASIC LAWN PROGRAM
This program provides a complete organic fertilization program designed to give your lawn all the nutrients and trace elements necessary for a healthy, green, weed-free lawn growing in a well-balanced top soil. It also includes important crabgrass management and control, plus broadleaf weed controls. It includes six visits per season and includes our ProLawn Guarantee of Satisfaction.
PLUS LAWN PROGRAM
In our years of experience, we've found that many top soils in our Northern Virginia area aren't properly balanced for optimum turf growth and development. This program is especially designed for those lawns. Properly balanced pH levels in the top soil help provide the best soil conditions to maintain a healthy lawn throughout the growing season. We've included all the benefits of the Basic Lawn Program, but also include an extra application of our specially blended Pelletized Lime to help balance the soil's pH levels. This extra application will, in time, improve your lawns soil condition so that will be able to absorb the additional nutrients and trace elements provided with our regular fertilization program. If you've tried other fertilization programs before, but were unhappy with the results, then our Plus Lawn Program could be the answer. Our trained technician will advise you during his initial inspection if he thinks your lawn could benefit from this extra treatment.
EXCEL PROGRAM
In recent years, droughts have become more common and our lawns suffer greatly from these extreme conditions. To help offset these extreme conditions we've developed a special Winterizer Treatment that enables the turf's root system to become more drought tolerant for the following season. During extreme weather conditions that we've seen over the past few years, we know that the most important part of a grass plant is its root system. The deeper the roots go, the more resistant that plant is to extended periods of heat and water shortages. Our Winterization Treatment helps develop those roots so they reach deep into the top soil where moisture remains long after the top layer of soil has dried out. During extreme drought conditions, it is natural for lawns to go dormant for long periods of time. However, if the root structure goes without moisture for extreme periods, the plant will most likely die and your lawn will need to be reestablished. The Excel Program also includes all the benefits of both our Basic and Plus Lawn Programs.
FREEDOM PROGRAM
This is our top of the line program that includes everything in the Basic Program, everything in the Plus Program, and everything in the Excel Program, with an extra application that controls turf damaging surface-feeding insects. This program also includes our special blend of liquid Calcium and Chleated Iron that helps unlock available nutrients found in the soil and makes them more readily available for your turf grass to use. This alone is worth the additional cost of choosing the Freedom Program.
